Compensation: Pay Range: $24.31 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift Differentials: Evening shifts receive an additional $0.75/hour, while night shifts earn an extra $1.25/hour.

Available Shifts:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (16 HOURS)
  • Monday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8 HOURS)

Position Overview: The individual in this role will carry out essential security and reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages.
  • Welcome and register visitors, assisting residents and guests as per established protocols.
  • Provide directions and answer questions as needed.
  • React to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
  • Distribute important notices and bulletins to residents.
  • Compile daily security reports and document any security issues.
  • Conduct patrols of the facility and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Report any suspicious activities to the authorities.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist residents with deliveries and packages.
  • Inspect fire safety equipment regularly.
  • Notify maintenance of any issues.
  • Provide transportation for residents to events as needed.
  • Escort guests and residents when necessary.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Lead Security Officer.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to the needs of seniors. Candidates should demonstrate neat handwriting, a clear speaking voice, and the capacity to handle emergency situations while adhering to company policies.
