  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich maneuver.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and team members in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
  • Adhere to attendance policies in alignment with hospitality standards, with flexibility based on hotel needs.
  • Uphold exemplary standards of personal grooming and attire, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Consistently comply with established safety and operational protocols to ensure efficient hotel management.
  • Manage phone communications and dispatch duties promptly, demonstrating proper radio communication etiquette.
  • Maintain visibility in the lobby area, ensuring constant communication with the Front Desk and monitoring guest interactions.
  • Document daily activities and maintain confidentiality regarding incidents involving guests and staff.
  • Conduct briefings with Guest Services at the start and end of each shift.
  • Authorize access to secured areas and verify identification of visitors and staff as needed.
  • Stay informed about legal responsibilities and limitations relevant to the role.
  • Assist guests with room access and provide support during emergencies.
  • Investigate incidents such as thefts and complaints, collaborating with hotel leadership to document findings.
  • Support external agencies as required and provide escort services when necessary.
  • Address situations involving intoxicated guests and assist with conflict resolution among staff.
  • Familiarize oneself with hotel security systems and respond to alarms as needed.
  • Conduct safety checks throughout the property, ensuring all areas are secure and free of hazards.
  • Administer First Aid and CPR during medical emergencies as required.
  • Complete incident reports in collaboration with hotel management.
  • Facilitate deliveries and assist with guest services as needed.
  • Manage Lost and Found items according to established procedures.
  • Participate in special events and meetings as necessary.
