Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of our community, including associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability, working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
  • Team Management: Build and maintain a high-performing team, including department leaders and associates, to ensure excellent resident care and service.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and develop annual operating and capital budgets, manage community performance against goals, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and expense reduction.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local influencers, professionals, and community groups to raise our community's profile and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of three years of related operational leadership experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid administrator license in states where required, and a valid driver's license with access to a private vehicle for business use.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks, delegate assignments, and drive results.
