Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance with arrival, orientation, and departure.
  • Take initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions, demonstrating a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • Share knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities, helping guests feel welcomed and productive.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate trends in guest services and develop best practices and streamlined processes.
  • Manage visitor tracking, parking, and security access cards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate event guest welcome and printing of visitor badges, as well as assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance ad hoc facilities assignments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and high volumes of guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure consistent and elevated guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and ability to perform minimal physical activity.
