Job Summary

The Office Specialist plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our team with administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional service
• Manage new customer intake, entering accurate information and routing it to the sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account and billing issues
• Collaborate with the District Manager to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate records
• Schedule and route sales and service technicians for new and existing customers
• Communicate with customers to address their questions and requests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to Cook's Grooming policy
