- Facilitate site-specific safety orientations
- Manage safety documentation for both employees and contractors
- Oversee record-keeping and reporting protocols
- Assist in the creation of Activity Hazard Analyses
- Conduct safety audits and incident investigations
- Deliver essential training and coaching
- Issue necessary permits
- Accompany personnel during safety inspections
- At least 5 years of experience in construction safety
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety course within the last 3 years
- EM385 40-hour certification
- Completion of OSHA Course #500
- Expertise in various safety disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Commitment to ongoing safety education
This role necessitates ordinary ambulatory skills and the capacity to perform a variety of physical tasks. Visual acuity and good hand-eye coordination are essential. The individual may be required to sit, reach, talk, and hear.
