Position Overview:
As an Aseptic Manufacturing Specialist, you will provide essential technical knowledge and process direction in the field of aseptic liquid processing and packaging. Your role will be pivotal in promoting operational excellence by ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and with precision to enhance Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR). You will exemplify strong leadership qualities and uphold the core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the formulation of aseptic product strategies.
2. Develop comprehensive engineering and design plans for a variety of aseptic food products, including dairy, juices, blends, concentrates, and pastes.
3. Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain aseptic production lines to enhance quality, productivity, and safety standards.
4. Create innovative process and packaging designs to improve existing or new aseptic product lines.
5. Oversee multiple projects, defining resource allocation, budgets, timelines, equipment, and materials.
6. Assess and present cutting-edge equipment and technology solutions.
7. Conduct thorough process analyses of current technologies and systems.
8. Execute feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
9. Participate in industry events to discover new aseptic processing and packaging technologies.
10. Integrate personnel, food, and regulatory safety requirements into all solutions.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local engineering codes and regulations.
12. Adhere to established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory and industry standards.
13. Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of quality systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aseptic dairy processing.
- At least 6 years of progressive engineering experience in food and beverage manufacturing, particularly in dairy processing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal abilities with a solid understanding of engineering disciplines, plant operations, and construction.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Proven capability to develop and implement plans to achieve project objectives.
- In-depth technical expertise and application knowledge of aseptic processing and packaging.
