Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the formulation of aseptic product strategies.
2. Develop comprehensive engineering and design plans for aseptic food products, including dairy, juices, blends, concentrates, and pastes.
3. Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain aseptic manufacturing lines to boost quality, productivity, and safety.
4. Create innovative conceptual designs for processes and packaging to enhance current or new aseptic product lines.
5. Manage multiple projects, overseeing resource allocation, budgets, timelines, equipment, and materials.
6. Evaluate and propose cutting-edge equipment and technology solutions.
7. Conduct thorough process analyses of existing technologies and systems.
8. Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
9. Attend industry events to stay informed about emerging aseptic processing and packaging technologies.
10. Integrate personnel, food, and regulatory safety requirements into all proposed solutions.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local engineering codes and regulations.
12. Adhere to established programs, policies, and practices to ensure the production of safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory and industry standards.
13. Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of quality systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in aseptic dairy processing.
- At least 6 years of progressive engineering experience in food and beverage manufacturing, particularly in dairy processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of engineering disciplines, plant operations, and construction.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement plans to achieve project objectives.
- In-depth technical expertise and application knowledge of aseptic processing and packaging.
