About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Principal Financial Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on dental insurance plans and benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers.
