About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong typing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change, make independent decisions, and take ownership of issues.
  • Strong proficiency with business unit products, processes, and systems, as well as MS Office and Internet browsers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree.
