Job Overview

TEKsystems is thrilled to present a new opportunity for an Office Coordinator within a prominent financial organization. We invite candidates with prior experience in administrative roles or customer service within a corporate environment to consider this position as a stepping stone into the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations across multiple floors.
  • Engage with clients and customers, providing a warm welcome both in-person and via phone.
  • Perform administrative tasks including correspondence management, check deposits, supply ordering, and scheduling appointments.
  • Oversee the handling of various package deliveries, ensuring proper processing and compliance with internal protocols.
  • Facilitate client events, coordinating logistics and working closely with event management teams.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: On-site position

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity within an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive and ambitious individual who takes initiative.

Experience Level: Intermediate
