Job Summary

The Department Assistant will provide administrative support to department level management at Riverside Health System. This role involves meeting preparation, calendar management, travel arrangements, and customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas.
  • Provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and provide historical references as needed.
Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or secretary role (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
