El rol del Analista de Insights del Consumidor es fundamental para impulsar la centralidad del consumidor en toda la organización. Este puesto colaborará estrechamente con el Gerente en el desarrollo y la entrega de investigaciones guiadas por el consumidor, promoverá las tendencias del mercado, asistirá en el análisis de datos y trabajará para fomentar un liderazgo estratégico centrado en el consumidor a través de las distintas funciones. Reportando directamente al Gerente de Insights, esta persona será responsable de trabajar junto a su líder para cumplir con un presupuesto de investigación y un plan de aprendizaje robusto, fundamentado en iniciativas clave de la empresa y la marca. El rol continuará avanzando nuestra agenda funcional en torno a la utilización de nuevos y diversos proveedores y metodologías para asegurar una lectura innovadora y auténtica sobre el consumidor y su comportamiento.

Formas en las que marcarás la diferencia
Apoyar el desarrollo de planes de aprendizaje para investigaciones de insights del consumidor, tanto fundamentales como ad hoc, a través del portafolio (ejemplos incluyen: mega tendencias, espacios de demanda, comprensión de ocasiones de consumo, oportunidades de innovación en etapas tempranas) Colaborar con el Gerente en la definición de objetivos de investigación clave, desarrollando planes de proyecto y enfoques, y cumpliendo con los plazos para alcanzar los objetivos Ejecutar investigaciones que respalden el desarrollo de innovaciones, la renovación de productos y el fortalecimiento de la estrategia de marca Activar los aprendizajes del consumidor en los equipos de Marketing, I+D y Ventas, utilizando habilidades narrativas sólidas y otros métodos atractivos Asegurar la evolución continua de la función de Insights dentro de Ferrara y dar forma al futuro de cómo aprendemos y entregamos insights convincentes sobre el consumidor Establecerte como un socio de confianza para los equipos de Marketing, I+D, Liderazgo de Categoría, Ventas y otros equipos interfuncionales, siendo el experto en la materia sobre el consumidor Descubrir insights estratégicos utilizando investigaciones de consumidores, tendencias, datos y rendimiento empresarial, ayudando a dar forma a la estrategia junto a los equipos de Crecimiento y Marketing para acelerar el negocio Mantener una mentalidad de mejora continua en técnicas y costos, identificando herramientas / proveedores / tecnologías para aumentar la efectividad en la comprensión del consumidor Ampliar el conocimiento sobre múltiples conjuntos de datos de consumidores, métodos de investigación y técnicasHabilidades que te harán exitoso

Título universitario 1-3 años de experiencia relevante en CPG / área de Insights del Consumidor / Investigación de Mercado Experiencia y/o pasión por métodos de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa Experiencia en la gestión de múltiples proveedores y experimentación con nuevos proveedores Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Office Conocimiento de Circana (datos de POS y datos de panel de consumidores) Conocimiento de datos de consumo en el hogar de NPD Circana
