The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our people strategy, developing and implementing programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. They will also oversee our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, drive employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Onboarding & Training: Develop a seamless onboarding process and support ongoing learning and development.
  • Performance Management: Lead initiatives for continuous feedback, managing out low performers when necessary.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, high-energy culture aligned with our core values.
  • People Operations: Oversee compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Compensation & Org Design: Implement competitive comp structures and contribute to effective org design as we scale.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and a generous equity package. If you are a strategic leader with a passion for people and talent, please submit your application.
