We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant (Secretariat) to support our departments of management and press and public relations at the DGB district of Hesse-Thuringia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform classic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and monitor appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Represent the district chairman's assistant as needed.
  • Develop presentations, graphics, and statistics according to given content.
  • Maintain the DGB Hesse-Thuringia's online presence through desktop publishing.
  • Manage databases and perform technical and organizational preparations for meetings, conferences, seminars, and events.
  • Provide administrative support, including budget management and accounting.
  • Organize travel and process expense reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
