Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Nexus Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and documentation of procurement procedures for planning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the support, implementation, and coordination of procurement procedures for planning services, including competition procedures.
- Prepare and publish tender documents in collaboration with project managers.
- Examine and evaluate offers in cooperation with requesting departments.
- Maintain and support e-procurement platforms.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or comparable training, ideally with construction-related or legal basics.
- Approx. 2 years of professional experience as a project assistant, ideally in VgV procedure support or comparable tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of procurement law, especially VgV / VOB, is an advantage.
