Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled PCB Coating Technician in the Windsor Mill, MD area.

In this role, qualified individuals will be tasked with:

  • Executing various manufacturing and production responsibilities, particularly in the preparation of PCB components for soldering.
  • Working in a controlled lighting environment, which necessitates a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrating the ability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Utilizing visual magnification tools effectively (such as microscopes).
  • Interpreting and operating basic electronic measurement instruments proficiently.
  • Utilizing basic mechanical measurement tools with competence.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in various computer applications.
