Role ResponsibilitiesThe RF Electronics Technician will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include:
- Testing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, debugging, rework, and evaluation of complex RF and digital circuit boards.
- Conducting tests and troubleshooting hardware issues during various product life cycle phases.
- Reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation.
- Fabricating electronic components and testing chassis to support engineering designs.
- Collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an electronics technician with a focus on RF.
- Physical capability to lift and carry weights between 25-45 lbs.
- TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
- Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in hand soldering fine pitch surface-mount components.
- Experience with quality inspection of PCBs to IPC-A610 standards.
- IPC-A610 certification.
- Familiarity with electronic systems testing and evaluation.
- Ability to comprehend detailed written and verbal instructions, including assembly and test procedures.
- Experience using multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of radiofrequency or electronic warfare systems.
- Experience troubleshooting RF and digital circuitry.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
