Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars.
  • Perform various functions, such as fueling, de-icing, and loading/unloading luggage and cargo.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our ramp services.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Ability to successfully complete Signature's training programs.
  • Ability to pass color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, customer service, or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
