We are actively hiring highly motivated sales professionals and those looking to start their sales career. Our company, The WRS Group - Symmetry Financial, is a financial services agency partnered with Symmetry Financial Group serving clients nationwide in the areas of mortgage protection life insurance, whole life, term life, accidental coverage, retirement planning strategies, and so much more.
We offer a 100% Commission only pay structure to allow our agents full control of the income they want to make and have both part and full time positions available. Whether you are looking for a full time position, a part time to full time transition, or just something part time to earn extra income, you could be the right fit for our award winning culture and positive atmosphere.
Our agents not only have full control of their income but also their growth. Growth is a very big deal for us both professionally and personally. We have self-paced promotion guidelines to help our agents effectively set and hit production targets and control commission raises by hitting those goals. While professional growth is important, we want our agents to get the best out of life and truly enjoy work/life balance, so we challenge and encourage our agents to read and develop personal development books and strategies into their life.
As a sales professional, you will be responsible for:
- Calling prospects to schedule appointments.
- Preparing quotes with upline and carriers.
- Presenting Quotes to Clients.
- Assisting clients with the application process.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking leads on a weekly basis.
- Consulting openly and honestly with uplines and mentors.
- Maintaining healthy relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines.
- Following applications through to approval, working with both the client and the carriers.
- Attending daily/weekly conference calls and meetings with mentors.
- Learning and implementing our proven sales system for maximum profitability.
We have a lead system that our agents can invest in to ensure that you are sitting in front of fresh prospects weekly, spending more time selling and less time prospecting.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Hard working and self-motivated.
- Coachable and willing to listen to and implement advice from mentors.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required - We will Train.
- Already licensed in Life Insurance is a plus.
Requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be currently living and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have a State Approved Life Insurance License or be Willing to Obtain State Approved Life Insurance License.
