Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Contact Specialist to join our team at Sammons Financial Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, agents, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from policyholders, agents, and third-party partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide support and guidance on policy-related matters, including policy values, features, and benefits.
  • Answer calls regarding policy loans, billing, and accounting processing, as well as premium and contribution regulations.
  • Consult and coordinate with other departments, including New Business, Agency Services, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Correspondence.
  • Meet departmental expectations for phone and written quality, average handle time, held and consulted calls, and availability checks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Previous customer service/call center experience Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently or in a team environment

Pay Range: USD $33,000 - $69,572 per year. Pay transparency verbiage: Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
