We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer (Technical) 4 to join our team at GovCIO. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs to train non-technical personnel. Your expertise in training and development will help us achieve our mission of transforming government IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of non-technical personnel.
  • Develop tests and visual aids to assess learning and engagement.
  • Conduct training classes and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and development research, including learning theory and new materials and methods.
  • Evaluate and oversee contractors or vendors to develop and administer non-technical training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of training experience or commensurate experience.
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to maintain DEA Suitability.
