Position OverviewThis position plays a vital role in supporting senior-level functions across a range of intricate administrative and office tasks, as well as offering specialized technical assistance to academic or administrative divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Lead Effort Coordinator and administrator within the Vincent System.
- Maintain and develop employee records, system access documentation, and various reports.
- Update and manage spreadsheets, word processing documents, and oversee record retention.
- Maintain a database of documents sent to Access and contribute to special projects.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and possess strong organizational skills.
Essential QualificationsCandidates should exhibit excellent attention to detail and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required. The ability to adapt to rapid changes and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial, as is the commitment to consistently meet deadlines.
Physical RequirementsThis position may require walking to various departments and locations on campus.
