Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Mile Two, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Principal Machine Learning Engineer to drive progress on projects and shape new directions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of machine learning models and algorithms to drive business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our products and services
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures to support machine learning workloads
  • Develop and maintain high-quality machine learning code and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on computer vision and natural language processing
  • 4+ years of strong programming fluency in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with generative AI techniques and tool deployment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building and/or working with data pipelines and data lakes
  • Experience using scale-out cloud and/or HPC architectures for parallel programming
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
