Machine Learning Engineer for Electronic Warfare Research

Job Title: Electronic Warfare Research Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Aerospace team as an Electronic Warfare Research Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, testing, deploying, and maintaining models that learn from data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to support the development of Electronic Warfare solutions
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, computer scientists, and physicists to deliver world-class solutions to analyze and develop EW algorithms
- Work with clients to navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks
- Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages, including R, MATLAB, or Python
- Experience with developing data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
- Knowledge of computer vision, statistical pattern recognition, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or natural language processing
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or MATLAB
- 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
- 2+ years of experience with distributed data and computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL
- 2+ years of experience with dynamic programming, combinatorial optimization, or linear programming
- Experience with developing deep learning algorithms using structured and unstructured data sources and frameworks, including Tensorflow or Pytorch
- Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2
- Knowledge of radar, communications systems, digital signal processing, or time-series analysis
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
