Client Support Specialist - Warranty Division

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our Warranty Division.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on resolving issues and assisting clients. The preferred candidate is someone eager to build a career in a professional office environment, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys collaborating within a team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain foundational experience in a large corporate setting. Successful candidates will receive training on utilizing company databases and software to address consumer inquiries. Furthermore, candidates will develop practical skills in effective and professional communication with customers and partner businesses to investigate, analyze, and resolve intricate issues. Prior experience in the automotive sector is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with automotive dealerships, vehicle owners, and third-party entities via phone and email to comprehend, investigate, and address customer inquiries.
  • Record all interactions and actions taken regarding specific customer inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Investigate relevant warranties, policies, customer service programs, and regulations to provide support in accordance with company guidelines while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management within the Consumer Affairs Department to meet objectives and complete projects punctually.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of 65+ WPM
  • Previous experience in customer communication or office settings is preferred but not mandatory
