KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business development.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong dedication to customer service
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Ability to secure a Property and Casualty License
  • Ability to obtain a Life/Health License
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer requirements
COMPENSATION:
  • Base salary plus commission/bonus structure
  • Paid time off for vacation and personal/sick days
