Role Overview

We are seeking an Order Support Specialist to join our Sales team, ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders. This role involves collaborating with the Sales team to provide timely quotations for HVAC parts, facilitating warranty returns, and ensuring accurate and prompt order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide timely quotations for HVAC parts.
  • Facilitate warranty returns, ensuring warranty parts are properly ordered and returned, and credit is applied where applicable.
  • Review jobs upon booking to ensure all necessary documents are included.
  • Assist with tracking delivery status requests.
  • Manage certificates of insurance.
  • Provide backup support to the estimating coordinator as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across the organization.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
