Role:
As a key member of our Sales team, the Order Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.
This role involves handling order entries, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and promptly.
The HVAC space is dynamic, and we are expanding rapidly with lots of room for professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be client-facing while partnering closely with our Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales team to provide timely quotations for HVAC parts.
Facilitate warranty returns, ensure warranty parts are properly ordered and returned, and ensure credit where applicable.
Review jobs when booked to ensure proper documents are included.
Assist with tracking down the delivery status request.
Responsible for certificates of insurance.
Provide backup support to the estimating coordinator when required.
Work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across the entire organization.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
