Are you a skilled Surgical Technologist seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Quality Talent Group is looking for dedicated professionals to enhance our surgical team.


As an Advanced Surgical Technologist, you will bring your extensive knowledge of surgical procedures and your ability to anticipate the necessary instruments for each phase of surgery. Your expertise will be invaluable as you support specialty cases and demonstrate proficiency with specialized equipment.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor new graduates and other team members, guiding them as they transition into their roles within the operating room.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate degree in Allied Health or a comparable combination of education and clinical experience is preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist in your specialty is required.
  • Current CPR Certification is mandatory.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Availability for on-call duties and weekends may be necessary based on staffing needs.
