About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Color Consultant to join our team at Sally Beauty. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized color consultations to customers, utilizing your expertise to recommend products and services that meet their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Work closely with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform daily operational tasks, including processing transactions, handling customer returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support and guidance as needed, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using technology, including iPads and internet platforms.
