**Shift Lead, Salon Manager**

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead, Salon Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and developing the skills of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, providing a top-tier employee and guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
- Guest Service: Lead by example, exhibiting sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communication with guests, including resolving guest service issues.
- Business Operations: Support all aspects of the business, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, adhering to all company standard operating procedures, and assisting guests with retail orders.
- Service Delivery: Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing and conditioning, styling, and chemical services.
- Team Development: Coach and develop team members to ensure the highest level of team culture, guest satisfaction, and Hair Color Bar performance.
- Sales Growth: Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards as it relates to merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
- System Mastery: Demonstrate mastery of all Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Cosmetology License: Active cosmetology license in the state in which you are applying.
- Leadership Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
