We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to enhance our team. If you have a strong affinity for aesthetics and a vibrant personality, the role of Licensed Laser Aesthetician at VO Spa Two LLC could be the perfect fit for you.

Role Summary:

As a Skincare Specialist, you will provide expert facial treatments, utilizing advanced technologies such as HydraFacial, Glo2 by Geneo Facials, IPL, SkinPen, BBL + Moxi, and Morpheus8 microneedling. Your responsibilities will also include performing chemical peels, dermaplaning, conducting comprehensive consultations, and supporting our Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses with injections and membership sales, while contributing to the overall growth and success of the spa.


Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in laser procedures, with a preference for candidates holding laser certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years in the aesthetics field, with substantial consultation experience regarding skincare.
  • In-depth knowledge of skin types and conditions.
  • Exceptional skills in facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
  • Friendly, engaging, and capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with clinical skincare products, treatment methodologies, and retail sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess skin types and recommend appropriate services and treatments to clients.
  • Collect and maintain client medical histories, ensuring to identify any contraindications.
  • Accurately document and update client records.
  • Manage the inventory and storage of both cosmetic and non-cosmetic products.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Build a client base through proactive marketing and networking efforts.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients to review treatments, address inquiries, and promote retail products.
  • Train new estheticians and support management in setting goals and providing ongoing education.
  • Deliver outstanding aesthetic treatments aligned with client needs and expectations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in a variety of aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, RF microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial therapies.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and client appointments, following established protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and expertise, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of skincare products to recommend personalized treatment plans.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas, following strict sanitation protocols.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive client care and achieve business objectives.

Compensation: $26/Hr+ (Based on experience)
