Key Responsibilities in Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
    • Conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits
    • Manage Non-Conformance and Corrective Action processes
    • Prepare documentation for Management Reviews
    • Participate actively in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as needed
    • Maintain Customer Quality Manuals and specifications
    • Oversee annual supplier certification processes
    • Manage calibration records and schedules
    • Provide quality training to staff
  • Prepare Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for relevant projects
    • Review dimensional reports and certifications, including Warrants, Control Plans, Flow Plans, and PFMEA
    • Complete customer-required PPSR and/or warrants

Key Responsibilities in Safety Management

  • Maintain an effective Safety and Health Management System
    • Lead safety committee meetings
    • Conduct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assessments
    • Prepare annual MIOSHA/SARA reports
    • Schedule and oversee annual building and fire inspections
    • Deliver safety training and maintain comprehensive employee safety training records
