Position Overview

The Retail Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily operations of Buff City Soap Co. This position is essential for driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, both new and returning, with a friendly greeting upon their arrival.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, including product creation and assisting customers during their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring both production and retail areas are tidy.
  • Collaborate with team members in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, adhering to company policies and values.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling raw materials and equipment.
