Primary Duties:

- Set up and manage Intune Autopilot for seamless device provisioning and deployment.

- Create and distribute software packages through Intune.

- Administer and uphold Endpoint Manager configurations and policies.

- Oversee endpoint security, compliance, and performance metrics.

- Offer assistance for endpoint-related challenges and resolve issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure that our engineering solutions align with product development and lifecycle management objectives.

- Utilize both technical and managerial expertise to oversee specific responsibilities while ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.

- Foster and maintain positive global business relationships across the corporate landscape.

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are advantageous.

- Proven experience in configuring and managing Intune Autopilot.

- Skilled in Intune package deployment and Endpoint Manager operations.

- Strong grasp of endpoint security and compliance protocols.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical support expertise.

- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
