Job Summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to oversee the business operations of assigned client contracted service areas. As an outside B2B account management position, this role involves providing field support, including training, guidance, inspections, and troubleshooting customer requests.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your strong selling skills for increasing sales within an account and build long-term relationships with clients and contractors. If you have 2+ years of experience in outside B2B account management and a proven track record of success in client retention, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
  • Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services.
  • Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred.
  • 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support.
  • Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
