Job Overview

LINKBANK is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our deposit operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless treasury management experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in platform/customer service or operational roles. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Treasury Management Support: Assist deposit operations with outgoing/incoming wire transfers, monitor shared deposit operations mailboxes, and provide training to new clients on treasury management services.
  2. Client Onboarding: Complete onboarding documentation and product setup as it relates to digital channels, ACH and Wire authority, RDC, Positive Pay, Mobile Deposit, and Agiletics.
  3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on accounts within multiple deposit and digital channel applications, identify and resolve reported issues related to treasury management client onboarding, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  4. Liaison and Communication: Liaise between sales teams and Deposit Operations, providing exceptional client service and supporting the sales process and portfolio from a servicing perspective.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of banking experience; platform/customer service or operational experience preferred.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Previous experience in the financial services industry, knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and build relationships both internally and externally.

Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires standard office equipment usage. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
