About the Role:

The Rehabilitation Support Specialist plays a critical role in the delivery of high-quality patient care at Allied Services Integrated Health System. As a Rehabilitation Support Specialist, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, providing basic nursing care, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with patients and families, adhering to infection control protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:
\
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course, and PA state certification as a CNA. Experience as a Nursing Assistant is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive salary of $32,500 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Physical Demands:
\
This position involves frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting throughout the shift. You must be able to transport yourself throughout the facility, including satellite units, frequently while pushing a wheelchair. Occasional exposure to blood and body substances is possible, and exposure to needle sticks may occur.
