Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Care Associate to join our team at Scranton Rehab Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care to non-acute patients, such as vital sign checks and medication administration.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in mandatory training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • CNA certification required; CPR certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course required.
  • Ability to float between units and locations as needed.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
