Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

This position at Dunmore Health Care Center involves assessing residents' needs, developing personalized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high-quality care standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents
  • Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
  • Work with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure quality care standards

Requirements:

  • A current, unencumbered RN license within the state
  • A current CPR certification
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and community staff
