Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families while advancing your own career goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
* Conduct vital sign measurements, record patient observations, and set up hemodialysis machines as needed
* Develop strong relationships with patients, providing education and support to empower them to manage their kidney disease
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes and quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Need
* A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a desire to grow your career in the healthcare industry
* High school diploma or equivalent; prior healthcare experience beneficial
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently in a fast-paced environment
