About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Autism Behavioral And Therapeutic Services. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with medical records, special education practices, and behavioral health standards.
