Apex K Home Care Inc. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide exceptional home-based ABA services in the Worcester metro area. We are open to considering BCBA candidates as well.
As a member of our professional team, you will deliver tailored services to clients, which include direct interventions in home and community settings, the development of behavior intervention plans, and training for parents. We prioritize the well-being and growth of the individuals and families we serve, and we value our employees for their commitment to these principles.
Work Schedule: Both part-time and full-time caseloads are available, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while working in a supportive environment. We are seeking collaborative professionals who are passionate about facilitating the growth of our clients. If you are a team-oriented individual eager to utilize your strengths in a rewarding organization, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of ABA therapists through both direct and indirect supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized programming for clients, including Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Provide training and support to parents.
- Conduct assessments and intakes using tools such as VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLLS.
- Participate in IEP meetings and quarterly reviews.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (preferred) or a valid LABA license in Massachusetts, with a minimum of one year of experience in providing ABA services.
Compensation: Starting pay is $75.00 per hour and may increase based on experience.
Education Requirements: A Master's Degree along with a LABA or BCBA certification is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in delivering ABA services is necessary.
