Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed Certified Behavior Analyst to enhance our services.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral therapy and assistance to individuals diagnosed with autism and related conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional behavior assessments and create tailored treatment plans
  • Execute behavior intervention techniques to manage challenging behaviors
  • Offer training and oversight to behavior technicians and family members
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care
  • Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
  • Ensure precise and confidential medical documentation in line with HIPAA standards

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Background in working with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Expertise in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
  • Understanding of behavioral therapy methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of medical records, special education protocols, and behavioral health regulations

$80,000 - $96,801.22 annually

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
