At Kaleidoscope, we prioritize individualized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis, aiming to foster meaningful improvements in the lives of children and their families.
Role Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing ethical and personalized client programs.
- Providing direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and managing a small caseload of clients.
- Regularly reviewing and interpreting session data to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conducting team meetings and consultations with families regarding treatment and behavioral strategies.
Our BCBAs are supported by a Clinical Manager, ensuring you have the administrative assistance and resources needed to thrive in your role.
