Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed Certified Behavior Analyst to enhance our services.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral therapy and assistance to individuals diagnosed with autism and similar conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Implement effective behavior intervention techniques to manage challenging behaviors
- Provide mentorship and oversight to behavior technicians and family members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care
- Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain precise and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Skilled in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Understanding of behavioral therapy methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of medical documentation, special education protocols, and behavioral health regulations
Working in this capacity provides the chance to significantly influence the lives of individuals with autism while furthering your professional journey in behavioral analysis.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $96,801.22 annually
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

- Relocation before commencing work is preferred
