Security Representative for Advanced Technology Labs.

Are you prepared to contribute to Lockheed Martin's pioneering Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) team, where innovation drives our mission? We are seeking a proactive individual to fill the role of Contractor Program Security Officer/Contract Special Security Officer (CPSO/ACPSO/CSSO).

Do you possess the qualifications as a security expert with experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to facilitate daily security and facility operations while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations related to the safeguarding of national security assets? The security professional will analyze and implement federal security regulations pertinent to corporate compliance and contract execution as outlined in company policies, DoDM Series/JSIG, ICD, and DOD security guidance (NISPOM).

As the protector of our classified projects, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and success of our Special Programs.

Your Responsibilities:
Ensure security, compliance, and efficient operations.

Security Management:

You will be responsible for overseeing our Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Access Required (SAR), while also engaging with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security.


Milestone Coordination:
You will assist in ensuring our projects meet their objectives, milestones, and requirements, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Educator and Investigator:

You will have the chance to impart your security knowledge by conducting training sessions and investigating security breaches, ensuring our programs stay on course.


Protector of Classified Information:

You will be instrumental in securing classified information and ensuring that personnel meet the necessary clearance and investigative standards.


Location:
This role is based at our U.S. facility, where you will be at the center of Lockheed Martin's innovative work.

Basic Qualifications:


Experience in interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing Program Security Guides and Government Directives, including NISPOM, ICD, DoD SAP Manuals, and JSIG guides.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired Skills:

Experience in a previously appointed role as FSO, CPSO, ACPSO, or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to champion change in a collaborative, inclusive manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last five years.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within five years.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week, while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules offer employees additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
