Position Overview:
NESCO Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team for a temporary assignment.

Compensation:
$17 per hour

Contract Duration:
6+ months

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support to both internal personnel and external clients.
- Provide quality assistance through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Acquire and maintain a fundamental understanding of the company's offerings.
- Utilize various software applications, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Conduct data entry while ensuring effective prioritization and organization of tasks.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
