Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites Rochester. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
